Clark County — The Master Gardener Foundation of Clark County is accepting 2017 grant applications from local organizations for projects that encourage conscientious gardening. Eligible projects will educate people on research-based horticultural practices that preserve or enhance our environment.

The grant application and guidelines are at www.mgfcc.com/Grants.html. Any questions regarding the applications should be directed to Michele Huffman at mgfclark@gmail.com.

Applications must be received at the Master Gardener Foundation Office at the 78th Street Heritage Farm, 1919 N.E. 78th St., Vancouver, before 5 p.m. Nov. 15. The board of directors will review applications in December and award grants in January.
