Letter: Trump’s message is heard

In response to Tom Nelson’s comments (“Trump’s message will be heard,” Aug. 2, Our Readers’ Views), I must say Trump’s message is clearly heard. His penchant for misrepresenting facts or totally lying has become his mantra as president, along with his continued self praise. I am also optimistic that common sense will finally prevail as finally the majority of folks begin to see he what he really is (see comments by CNN’s Ana Navarro on June 29).

We encourage readers to express their views about public issues. Letters to the editor are subject to editing for brevity and clarity. Limit letters to 200 words (100 words if endorsing or opposing a political candidate or ballot measure) and allow 30 days between submissions. Send Us a Letter
