Schlecht Construction has proposed building an 11,500-square-foot warehouse in the Meadow Homes neighborhood, according to permit filings with the city of Vancouver.

The proposed warehouse would be at 2611 N.E. 65th Ave. It would offer storage and some “ancillary office use” for the Vancouver-based company.

At 0.86 acres, the property currently contains two single-family residences and some smaller structures, all of which would be demolished, according to the filings. Property records show it is owned by Marlin Tillman of Vancouver.

Vancouver city planners are scheduled to meet with developers at 9 a.m. Sept. 14. For more information, contact case manager Kristian Corbin at 360-487-7818 or kristian.corbin@cityofvancouver.us.
