Letter: Leftists hurt themselves

By Steve Morical, VANCOUVER

Thanks to the leftists for their childish, but thoroughly predictable, behavior over the past two months. Normal-thinking people might be a little introspective and wonder if they could have picked the wrong candidate or maybe misread the mood of the electorate. But no, the leftists double-down with their former president’s personality traits: arrogance, condescension and narcissism. They proudly prepare their nasty, profanity-laced signs and go out to scream and march.

I wonder if any who traveled to Washington, D.C., or other cities considered giving the money they spent on transportation and hotels to their local food bank instead of wasting it on their hurt feelings and misplaced aggression. I very much doubt that charity ever crossed their troubled minds.

I hope they will keep up the idiotic whining and marching, along with throwing rocks, bricks and urine at the police, to ensure the Republicans gain even more Senate and House seats in 2018.
