Winter weather could impact C-Tran service

C-Tran is warning riders to be prepared for possible service impacts due to possible winter weather later this week.

Snow and freezing rain are expected today and Friday. C-Tran will post all service impacts on its website, www.c-tran.com. The agency will also inform the public via email, social media and text message alerts.

Express route riders who travel to downtown Portland this morning should know how to get from downtown to either the Delta Park or Parkrose MAX stations in the afternoon. If conditions become severe enough, C-Tran may not be able to serve downtown Portland.

Currently all routes and C-Van are expected to give regular service. Additional updates will be given as needed.
