Letter: Waiting for the thaw

Help! Am I Dorothy? I don’t remember being transported back to the Midwest. I recently felt like I was unwillingly there. But something wasn’t right: where were the snow plows that seemingly work 24/7?

Oh, I remember now — here we have to wait until the snow/ice melts.
