Arnada — The Fort Vancouver chapter of Daughters of the Pioneers of Washington held a potluck luncheon on June 15 at the Clark County Historical Museum to install new officers for the upcoming year, as well as hand out a college scholarship. Past President Nira Lang conducted the installation ceremony to officially name the new board of Third Trustee Chris Lasley, Treasurer Betty Davenport, Recording Secretary Roberta Emerick, Vice President Pam Friesen, President Sherry Lambert, Corresponding Secretary Lela Miller, Auditor Annette Pleiss, Historian and First Trustee Bev Erven and Second Trustee Tanya Armstrong. The group also welcomed five new members, who qualify for membership with ancestors coming to Washington during the year 1870 and prior.
