Don Orange is green; Kris Greene is not. Orange understands there is more to the port’s mission than just quick money. Greene supports the Tesoro-Savage oil terminal, at the expense of clean air and water and possible disasters of a huge explosion or oil spill.
The Washington Supreme Court found the port violated the law by negotiating in secret with Tesoro-Savage.
