Mixed-use building in downtown Vancouver sold for $2.25 million

A mixed-use building on the corner of Columbia Avenue and West Seventh Street has sold for $2.25 million, commercial real estate firm Eric Fuller & Associates said Wednesday.

Willamette Ventures purchased the property from SL Property. The building is 15,000 square feet and fully leased with companies such as the cocktail lounge The Grocery and bridal store Sincerely, the Bride.

Eric Fuller & Associates brokered the sale.
