It’ll be Primetime in Ephrata next month.

The Clark County Senior Babe Ruth team Primetime won the Pacific Northwest Regional title on Sunday, holding off Calgary Blues AAA 9-7 in the championship game at Calgary.

Primetime advances to the Senior Babe Ruth (ages 16-18) World Series in Ephrata beginning Aug. 5.

The Clark County team went 6-0 in the regional, but against the home team that was also undefeated entering the final, had to hold off a massive late-game rally to remain unbeaten and bring home the title.

Primetime led 9-0 after five innings. Calgary scored six in the sixth on two hits and four Primetime errors, and then scored twice in the seventh and had runners at second and third with two out. Primetime right fielder Parker Reeves caught a fly ball for the final out.

Dillon Hamilton’s two-run double in the sixth gave Primetime a 6-0 lead. He had three RBI in the game.

Alex Brady was 2 for 3 with two RBI and two runs scored.
