My neighbor waters his lawn every morning for 5 minutes. I heard that it is better to water less often and longer. What is your opinion?
I definitely recommend irrigating lawns for longer than 5 minutes. The frequency depends upon the weather, but generally a 2 to 3 day interval is adequate.
