Letter: Demand answers from Trump

Thanks for printing the Washington, D.C., roll call so I can easily see how my representatives voted. In the May 29 report, I was shocked to see my representative, Jaime Herrera Beutler, R-Camas, again vote to oppose the Ways and Means Committee using its power to obtain President Trump’s tax returns. There are many significant questions that Trump’s tax return could help answer. The House’s investigation has been a Republican circus so far. Not asking the hard questions is aiding and abetting the cover-up.

When will Herrera Beutler start demanding answers?
