Here’s an idea to stop the concern about Vancouver residents owning vehicles that are not licensed in our state. Why doesn’t Washington state drop the cost of license plates to 25 percent below the cost of plates in Oregon?
Washington residents would make sure to register their cars in the state, and Vancouver would make a lot more money by having countless people from Portland register their cars here without us incurring more traffic.
