• 3 p.m. special meeting: three or more school board members plan to be at Superintendent John Deeder’s retirement celebration. No action will be taken.

Vancouver City Council, 415 W. Sixth St., Vancouver.

• 4 to 6 p.m. workshop: 2017 fireworks season, 2017 first supplemental budget appropriation, impact fee waiver process, executive session regarding pending litigation.

• 7 p.m. regular meeting: citizen communication, bid award for 2017 fire extinguisher inspection/maintenance, approval of claim vouchers, approval of comprehensive six-year transportation program, adoption of citywide complete streets policy, approval of conceptual master plan for the Port of Vancouver Terminal 1 project.
