WEST POINT GRADUATE
Army Cadet Riley Jenelle Ping Medvigy graduated from West Point Military Academy on May 27 and was commissioned as a second lieutenant within the Army’s Medical Service Corps branch. At West Point, Ping Medvigy concentrated her studies in Life Science. She will report to Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences, Bethesda, Md., for medical school as her first assignment. She is the daughter of Gary Medvigy and Christine Ping, of Camas, and a 2013 graduate of Analy High School, Sebastopol, Calif.
BASIC TRAINING
Air Force Air National Guard Airman 1st Class Samuel R. Davis, a 2016 graduate of Union High School, has completed basic training at Joint Base San Antonio-Lackland, San Antonio. He is the son of Sherry Click of Vancouver, and William Davis of Charlotte, N.C., and step-son of Brian Click of Vancouver.
Air Force Airman 1st Class Sesheta A. Nahorn, a 2014 graduate of Mountain View High School and Clark College, has completed basic training at Joint Base San Antonio-Lackland, San Antonio. She is the daughter of Vicki and William Nahorn IV of Vancouver, and the wife of Gabriel Martin of Valdosta, Ga.
