Vancouver — C-Tran is running a Sunday/holiday service on Tuesday, July 4. Also, the agency is providing a free shuttle to this year’s fireworks show.

According to a news release, if a bus doesn’t normally run on Sundays, then it won’t offer service on Tuesday. The call center will be open from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. The administration and customer service offices will be closed.

Schedules for the Sunday/holiday service routes are available online at www.c-tran.com.

For help planning a trip, contact C-Tran at (360) 695-0123.

Routes 25, 32, and 37 will be on detour in downtown Vancouver to accommodate road closures during the July 4 festivities.

C-Tran’s free shuttle will run from the Vancouver Mall to the Independence Day celebration at Fort Vancouver, at least every 15 minutes from 6 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. Return shuttle service to the mall begins immediately after the fireworks display ends.
