WASHOUGAL — Vancouver-based developers have proposed subdividing 60 acres of property in Washougal and building 152 single-family residences.

The properties listed in the application are two lots located in northwestern Washougal, stretching from North Y Street along North T Street. The homes would be built in five phases.

Granite Three LLC of Vancouver, owns the properties. Vancouver-based SGA Engineering is listed on the application as well.

The city of Washougal has reviewed the application and expects to issue a determination of non-significance.

Comments will be accepted until 5 p.m. March 22 by the city of Washougal, 1701 C St., Washougal, or by email, jessica.herceq@cityofwashougal.us.
