Ridgefield — Dick Hannah Dealerships contributed $13,000 to the Ridgefield Community Library building fund, which was started by the Friends of Ridgefield Community Library and the Fort Vancouver Regional Library Foundation to support construction of a larger library. The money qualifies for matching funds from an anonymous donor, who last year issued a $1 million challenge to help raise funds for the project. The donor, who will match gifts and donations to the fund up to $1 million, set up the challenge through the Community Foundation for Southwest Washington. Anyone interested in contributing is asked to contact the Fort Vancouver Regional Library Foundation at 360-906-4700 or foundation@fvrl.org or the Friends of Ridgefield Community Library at ridgefieldfriendsoflibrary@gmail.com.
