The C-Tran Board of Directors voted unanimously Tuesday to approve a $1.89 million purchase of just over 4 acres of property adjacent to its current administration, maintenance and operations facility on Northeast 65th Avenue.

The purchase consists of a grouping of three properties and is zoned light industrial and sits along the southern side of the C-Tran facility. C-Tran leases property immediately to the north and property to the east of its current facility.
