Minnehaha — When Maddon Maynard heard DOGPAW, or the Dog Owners Group for Park Access in Washington, was struggling financially, he wanted to help.

Maddon, 5, decided to bake dog treats, with help from his parents Colbie Tomasli and Ryen Maynard, and he ended up raising more than $1,000 for the nonprofit organization.
