Jeff Grubb, executive vice president and senior managing director for Wells Fargo’s wealth management group, will retire Aug. 1 after a 35-year career in financial services. Before joining Wells Fargo in 2005, he worked at both U.S. Trust in Portland and for U.S. Bancorp, serving in leadership positions. Grubb serves his community as secretary for Goodwill Industries of the Columbia Willamette and also is a board member of Vision Finance in Rwanda and the Murdock Charitable Trust.

Scott Higgins has joined Eric Fuller & Associates’ commercial brokerage team. Higgins is a newly licensed real estate broker and also serves as the mayor of the city of Camas. He will specialize in the leasing and sales of commercial properties and advising property owners regarding development in Clark County.

• Banfield Pet Hospital has named Stephanie Neuvirth senior vice president of the organization’s People & Organization department. Neuvirth has been with Banfield since 2015 and has served as vice president of talent acquisition, transitioning to her current role last November. Previous to Banfield, she served as chief human resources and diversity officer for City of Hope, a biomedical cancer research institute and health system.

• Columbia Credit Union has named Scott Karn vice president of business lending. With more than 20 years experience in financial services, Karn was most recently vice president and commercial relationship manager at First Federal Savings and Loan in McMinnville, Ore. Additionally, the credit union announced the hiring of James Senatore as vice president of wealth management. Most recently he served as national sales manager for Brokers Alliance, and also has held positions as managing director for Principal Financial Group and in leadership roles at Wells Fargo’s retail retirement group.

Stephanie Tanner of Camas has been hired as general manager and co-team leader for Keller Williams Premier Partners. She will oversee both the Vancouver Market Center and the Battle Ground Business Center. She has most recently served as director of operations for one of the top expansion teams in the Keller Williams network.

Diamond R Fast Tracks & Go Karts has signed on with U-Haul as a neighborhood dealership at 13510 N.E. Fourth Plain Blvd. They will offer U-Haul trucks, trailers, towing equipment, support rental items, boxes and in-store pick-up for boxes. Diamond R partners are Chris Ray, Cody Ray and Crystal Kunkle-Ray. Hours of operation are 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. Monday through Thursday, and 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. Friday through Sunday.
