Centimark Corporation, 5411 E. Mill Plain Blvd., $497,102, replace roof.

Colson/Colson General Contracting, 100 S.E. Olympia Drive, $275,824, construct clubhouse; $1,451,536, $1,166,876 and $1,922,226, construct three 24-unit apartment buildings.

James E. John Construction, 108 E. Evergreen Blvd., $150,000, tenant improvements.

Robertson & Olson Construction, 655 W. Columbia Way, $5,186,644, construct underground parking garage.

Silco Commercial Construction, 5720 N.E. 34th St., $643,615 and $639,631, construct nine-unit apartment buildings.

Stewart Plumbing, 13203 N.E. Fourth Plain Blvd., $387,125, construct warehouse and office for fencing business.

Tri-Tech Heating, 8008 N.E. Fourth Plain Blvd., $165,000, replace roofs on 14 units.

Vanosdel Construction, 1499 S.E. Tech Center Place, $106,700, office improvements.
