Letter: Work to impeach Trump

By David Bennett, VANCOUVER
Published: May 16, 2017, 6:00am

President Trump’s tweet threatening former FBI Director James Comey clearly demonstrates his emotional instability and unsuitability to remain in office. Although we may be able to tolerate an incompetent president, we can not accept a dysfunctional individual with his hand on the nuclear button.

Please contact Rep. Jaime Herrera Beutler to urge his impeachment.

We encourage readers to express their views about public issues. Letters to the editor are subject to editing for brevity and clarity. Limit letters to 200 words (100 words if endorsing or opposing a political candidate or ballot measure) and allow 30 days between submissions. Send Us a Letter
