When I started on council, Molly Coston was there. In 2010, threats chased away Mayor Stacee Sellers. Mayor Pro Tem Coston ran Washougal until the new mayor took office, and did a great job.
I have a decade of hard work on city council, bettering Washougal; Coston’s opponent could destroy that in months.
Washington city governments are supposedly non-partisan.
I believe Dan Coursey is inexperienced, of partisan mindset from elsewhere. He’s a minion of David Madore, who devastated Clark County government and nearly destroyed the Clark County Republican Party. We must drive a stake through the heart of that beast.
