Battle Ground — Firm Foundation Christian School students and staff wore pink on Oct. 19 in honor of Breast Cancer Awareness Month. The date was also the final home game for the girls volleyball team, where stands were full of pink-clothed fans. Money was raised at the volleyball game, with half of all concessions going to the National Breast Cancer Foundation. The students and staff raised nearly $200 for the foundation.
