3,200-acre wildfire near Coulee City fully contained

Coulee City – A 3,200-acre wildfire near the town of Coulee City has been fully contained.

The fire started Saturday and had been burning in grass and sage lands 8 miles southwest of Coulee City.

About 160 firefighters managed to fully contain it Sunday with no structures lost or injuries reported.
