VANCOUVER — The Farmers Insurance district office in Vancouver is preparing for its 2017 “Suits for Soldiers” event.

Staff will be collecting new or gently used business attire for both men and women during October and November.

The free business clothing will be distributed to veterans, military retirees and active-duty personnel in December.

People can bring donations to the office at 3925 N.E. 72nd Ave., Suite 104, Vancouver, during business hours.

Donors also can contact Ann Valentine to have clothing picked up in the Vancouver area. Contact Valentine at avalentine@district7906.com or call 360-571-4666.
