By Don Stose, RIDGEFIELD
Published: October 19, 2017, 6:00am

Denny Kiggins has been a commissioner for the Clark Regional Wastewater District for the past 18 years. He understands the complex issues associated with managing wastewater services. He has played an integral part in assuring that Clark Regional Wastewater provides the highest quality of service while maintaining stable rates for all of the district’s customers.

Kiggins is focused on serving the district’s customers with the highest degree of integrity and a major emphasis on protecting the environment, planning for future development in a financially responsible way.

Please join me in voting for Kiggins for Clark Regional Wastewater District commissioner.
