The annual housing showcase Parade of Homes will be held in east Vancouver for the first time in 12 years, organizers announced Wednesday.
The Parklands at Camas Meadows, the newly named subdivision for the 2018 event, will include up to 14 homes, the price tags for which all surpass $1 million. It could contain 42 single-family homes and five commercial buildings when fully built, organizers said.
