Vancouver developer Holland Partnership Group has its eyes on a 75,000-square-foot project at the Columbia Tech Center, according to filings with the city of Vancouver.

The application is officially listed for a “Holland Corporate Building,” four stories tall, consisting mainly of corporate offices. It would have 300-plus parking spaces and room to build another 20,000 square feet. Holland representatives declined to discuss the project.

The developer, tied to local projects such as Terminal 1 at the Port of Vancouver, hopes to build on an 11-acre parcel in the Bennington neighborhood. It’s on Southeast Mill Plain Boulevard, next to the Lowe’s just west of 192nd Avenue.

Architecture firm Mackenzie, with offices in Vancouver, Portland and Seattle, is attached to the project. City planners will meet with applicants next on Sept. 21.
