Lanes of I-5 blocked in Woodland due to fire near highway

One lane of Interstate 5 in each direction is now getting by the scene of  several fires around the highway in Woodland.

Fires in the median and on both sides of the highway were reported around 1 p.m. today, at one point closing all lanes of I-5 in both directions near Dike Access Road in Woodland.

Firefighters are at the scene of the blaze, Washington State Patrol Trooper Will Finn said. He asked motorists to expect delays in the area.
