Clark College Music Department announces choral auditions for the Women’s Choral Ensemble, Concert Choir and Clark College Chorale. Vocalists are invited to audition for all parts with the three choirs, with auditions scheduled by appointment. Audition dates are Sept. 18, 19, 25 and 26. Vancouver Community Concert Band seeks all brass, woodwind and percussion players, active and retired. All abilities welcome, no audition required. Friends of Vancouver Community Library seek artists to participate in its Art4Art fundraiser. Each artist will be given an 8 inch by 8 inch wood panel on which to create art. Completed panels are donated back to the library to be sold at the fundraiser. Deadline for returning the panels is Nov. 15. Stevenson Community Library seeks submission for its annual Artists of the Gorge juried exhibition. Open to all artists ages 18 and older of the Columbia Gorge, from the Dalles to Washougal.
