Letter: Athletes exercise their rights

President Donald Trump says those NFL players who kneel during the national anthem are trashing everything America stands for.

No, actually they’re doing something America stands for — exercising their right to freedom of expression. Oh, and is it just a coincidence that Trump only goes after black athletes?
