A “Celebration of Life” service for Scott Campbell is scheduled for Oct. 29. Campbell was a candidate for Vancouver City Council who died Sept. 17.
He was also known as one of the most active civic leaders in the region and worked as the governmental and community affairs director for Waste Connections.
The service begins at 2 p.m. at the Hilton Hotel in Vancouver. An after-party with music, food and drink will begin at 3 p.m.
