Vancouver – Columbia Springs is offering a free guided forest therapy workshop this fall.

The workshop will teach a series of slow, mindful activities designed to open and engage the senses and connect participants with nature in a way that invites healing interactions. The workshop will be outdoors (rain or shine) and include about half of a mile of slow walking.

The workshop will be offered twice — from 2 to 5 p.m. Oct. 21 and again 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Nov. 4.

Both sessions are at Columbia Springs, 12208 S.E. Evergreen Highway.

The event is free, but both sessions are limited to 15 people. Preregister at www.columbiasprings.org/events.
