REDMOND — MicroVision Inc. (MVIS) on Tuesday reported a loss of $8.5 million in its second quarter. On a per-share basis, the Redmond-based company said it had a loss of 10 cents.
The maker of drivers for miniature video displays posted revenue of $2 million in the period. In the final minutes of trading on Tuesday, the company’s shares hit 90 cents. A year ago, they were trading at $2.27.
