Vancouver City Council, council chambers, City Hall, 415 W. Sixth St., Vancouver. • 4 p.m., workshops: update on Sadri Mill Plain development agreement, environmental sustainability initiatives and review of proposed council policy updates. • 7 p.m., public meeting: consent agenda and a public hearing on declaring designated property as surplus.

Fourth Ave. • 4:30 p.m., workshop: Transportation Benefit District presentation, utility tax presentation, Northeast Birch Street recommendation, Northwest Larkspur Street construction administration consultant contract. • 7 p.m., regular meeting: granting a franchise agreement to MCImetro, beekeeping ordinance.

Clark Regional Wastewater District Board of Commissioners, Board meeting room, 8000 N.E. 52nd Court, Vancouver. • 7 a.m., regular meeting: strategic workforce planning update memo, 2019 business planning considerations memo, discovery clean water alliance update.

Clark Public Utilities Board of Commissioners, Board meeting room, 1200 Fort Vancouver Way, Vancouver. • 9 a.m., regular meeting: general manager salary, transmission operator services agreement with Bonneville Power Administration, consideration of update to Operation Warm Heart resolution, consideration of distributed generation and net metering policy.

Clark County Council, Public Service Center sixth floor meeting room, 1300 Franklin St., Vancouver. • 10 a.m., council meeting: approval to reconvene the Board of Equalization for hearing property tax appeals filed for the current year, additional funding for the county’s new permitting system.

Commission on Aging, sixth floor hearing room, Public Service Center, 1300 Franklin St., Vancouver. • 3 p.m., work session: manufactured housing and mobile home code update. • 4:30 p.m., public meeting: Jennifer Dill, a professor of urban studies and planning at Portland State University, will discuss active transportation, the benefits of walking and bicycling.

Clark College Board of Trustees, Clark College, 1933 Fort Vancouver Way, Vancouver. • 3:30 p.m., work session. • 5 p.m., regular meeting: Approval of president’s contract addendum and salary adjustment.

La Center City Council, City Hall, 214 E. Fourth St. • 6:30 p.m., regular meeting: resolution in support of an Interstate 5 Bridge replacement project.

Thursday
