Letter: Give Democrats a majority

By Jaclyn Coon, Vancouver

I am appalled by the actions of this president since he took office over 18 months ago and now his revoking of the security clearance of ex-CIA Director John Brennan and possibly several more, because they have the audacity to criticize him, is nothing more than a dictator threatening our democracy.

I take heart, as we near the November election, that all citizens will exercise their God-given right of a free election. I am hopeful that the turnout this year will give the Democrats the majority in the House and, dare I hope, the Senate!
