Girls basketball: Columbia River 53, Ridgefield 47

Erin Baker hit five 3-pointers to finish with a game-high 22 points and Ellie Christian had a double-double as River pulled away for a 2A Greater St. Helens League win.

“The game was tied 43-43,” River coach Will Jones said. “We just made some plays down the stretch to pull away.”

Christian had 10 points and 12 rebounds. Sydney Flores-Tucker added 10 points and three steals and Jordan Ryan scored 11 points.

Devi Dugan paced the Spudders with 20. Alicia Andrew had 12 points and 18 rebounds.
