Girls basketball: La Center 75, Stevenson 37

Taylor Mills had 19 points and Taylor Stephens added 17 as La Center opened Trico League play with a road win.

Mills also had 14 rebounds while Whitley Seter had six points, seven steals and six assists.

Molly Edwards added 14 for the Wildcats (9-1, 1-0 Trico).

Katie Rathgeber had 19 points, five rebounds and three steals for Stevenson.
