EUGENE, Ore. — Eugene real estate tech firm IDX LLC bought a California real estate marketing firm for $6 million, adding 17 employees for a total workforce of 72.

IDX bought Agent Marketing LLC, formerly known as eProperty Sites, which is based in Aliso Viejo, Calif.

With the purchase, IDX now is “a one-stop source for all things real estate,” IDX Chief Executive Chad Barczak said.

Before the acquisition, IDX provided real estate professionals with Multiple Listing Service data and website services, he said.

“Now they have additional website resources and print resources for signs and printed fliers,” Barczak said.
