Boys basketball: Union 86, Heritage 47

Zach Reznick scored a season-high 16 points with four 3-pointers as Union pulled away from visiting Heritage for the 4A GSHL victory.

Union (11-4, 2-1 4A GSHL) outscored Heritage 23-8 in the second quarter and then held the Timberwolves (6-9, 0-3) to six points in the third.

Ethan Smith added 15 points, Jason Franklin 10, and Houston Combs had seven assists.

Heritage’s Travis Van Riper led all scorers with 20 points. Keyler Struthers had 14.
