I enjoyed reading Ann Donnelly’s Jan. 14 opinion column, “Republican volunteers prove party has a heart.” What a wonderful story of two Clark County residents really going out of their way to help a needy couple. But I was disappointed with the title. What a negative and false stereotype. Is it any wonder that people feel that there is a liberal bias in the media? I do not think that you would print a headline like “Jewish contributors prove religious members are not cheap.” Hopefully in the future, your headlines will match the quality of your columns.
