Boys basketball: Stevenson 80, Seton Catholic 77

Maclain Hall’s 24 points paced the Bulldogs in their back-and-fourth 1A Trico League victory.

Hall hit seven of the team’s 11 3-pointers, and a player described by head coach Kevin Edwards as the story of the game.

Isaac Hoidal added 23 points and 12 rebounds and got to the free-throw line by attacking the rim, but the extra passes benefited the open player for Stevenson (9-9 overall), “which happened to be Mac tonight,” Edwards said.

Charles Hobbs had 11 rebounds to go with his seven points Lincoln Krog added 16 points and four steals.

Isaiah Parker paced Seton with a game-best 27 points.
