A vehicle crashed into a power-line pole in Camas on Sunday night, knocking out electricity to nearly 200 Clark County Public Utilities customers, officials said.

Clark County Sheriff’s Office deputies responded to the crash between the 5800 and 6100 blocks of Northeast Lessard Road in north Camas at about 8:50 p.m., according to an emergency incident log.

Sgt. Brent Waddell said in an email that the driver suffered minor injuries in the crash, which knocked over the power-line pole. The driver was not cited or arrested, Waddell said.

The crashed caused a power outage for 192 customers, Clark County Public Utilities spokeswoman Erica Erland said. Power lines were down across the road, she said.

Power was restored at 2:45 a.m. Monday, Erland said.
