Minnehaha — About 100 Kaiser Permanente employees spent Jan. 15 volunteering at Clark County Food Bank. There, the group packed 40,000 pounds of potatoes and 16,000 pounds of food drive boxes for county residents. The employees were volunteering that day because it was Martin Luther King Jr. Day. MLK Day, the third Monday in January, has been a national day of service since 1994.
