BRUSH PRAIRIE — Clark County Fire District 3 is offering district residents free consultations with district specialists to help determine their homes’ risk to damage from wildfires.

Residents can contact the district, and two fire risk specialists will work with homeowners to identify factors around the home that make it more vulnerable to wildfire damage, and point out ways to reduce or remove those risks. Any corrective actions would be at the homeowners’ discretion, the district said.

To learn more about the surveys, or to find more information on wildfire risk and mitigation, district residents can contact Fire District 3 at its station at 17718 N.E. 159th St., Brush Prairie, or call 360-892-2331.
