Letter: Support Long for Congress

By Geni Donaghey, Vancouver
Published: July 14, 2018, 6:00am

I strongly support Carolyn Long to represent Washington’s 3rd Congressional District. She has been part of our community for 20-plus years as an educator at Washington State University in Vancouver. Long has shown that she listens to the voters by holding town halls in front of almost 2,000 people since the start of her campaign. She has committed to continuing to hold town halls if elected. She will be a representative who listens to her constituents. I urge you to support Carolyn Long for Congress.

We encourage readers to express their views about public issues. Letters to the editor are subject to editing for brevity and clarity. Limit letters to 200 words (100 words if endorsing or opposing a political candidate or ballot measure) and allow 30 days between submissions. Send Us a Letter
