Vancouver’s Graham Moody shot a 5-over 75 Tuesday on the second day of the U.S. Junior Amateur a Baltusrol Golf Club in Springfield, N.J., and missed the cut to the match play Round of 64 by one shot.

Moody, who won the Class 3A state championship as a Mountain View freshman in May, finished in a six-way tie at 8-over 149 in the stroke-play portion of the tournament, which is open to golfers 18 and under.

Moody advanced to the U.S. Junior Amateur by placing second at the regional qualifying tournament last month at The Reserve in Aloha, Ore.
