The topic of road safety has come up again, and I have a suggestion that I have offered to traffic light technicians but with no results so far.
That is, synchronize the pedestrian walk/don’t walk signals in the downtown core to the timing displayed on the countdown. There is up to a 14-second delay before the traffic light changes.
